Working with Floor It was so easy. Dustin came to the house and showed us options for flooring and discussed the pros and cons of different types. Brandon and Julio laid the carpet and LVP for us. They were very personable and were considerate to let us know which area they would be working in next and approximately how long it would take. That helped us plan our day. They had the job completed sooner than expected too. Their workmanship was perfect. Our floors look great!

I was nervous about making the commitment and he made me feel comfortable. He was realistic and took our taste and lifestyle into consideration with his very good recommendations. I felt no pressure to accept recommendations (like carpeting into a closet). Having the samples to try in our rural home was a game changer! We could see that an initial choice was not the best due to lighting and our woodwork. They had the opportunity to schedule us quickly (the week before Christmas). Richard and Hezi showed up and we talked through the process. They were professional and worked so quickly! They got 4 rooms done with sheet vinyl, carpet and luxury vinyl tile done in 3 days. The final result was well finished and beautiful.
